FIELD VISIT OFFICER
- Possess own motorcycle with valid license.
- Sound knowledge of local areas.
- Conduct Field visits to locate customers.
- Constantly update information from field visits.
- Establish good rapport between customers and the Company.
- Furnish Daily Reports to Management.
- Visit customers to deliver statement.
- Trace delinquent customer to new address.
- Prepare visit report/remark on the same day.
- Required to provide information or observation gathered during the day.
- To fully abide with the governing laws and policy of the Malaysian Government and Bank Negara Malaysia especially on the following: –
- The Financial Services Act 2013 (FSA) – BNM
- Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 (IFSA) – BNM
- Personal Data Protection Act 2010 – BNM
- Prohibited Business Conduct (Issued NOV 2014) – BNM.
- Fair Debt Collection Practices.
- Any other related Malaysian laws, regulations, policies, etc.
