  • Manage daily attendance and update attendance reports, including working staff, resigned, terminated, and leave applications.
  • Maintain and update staff leave records (Annual Leave, MC, EL, UPL, and other leave types).
  • Process approved leave forms, update attendance and leave summaries, and file documents promptly.
  • Inform staff on leave approval or rejection status.
  • Maintain and update the Master Listing with accurate staff information, including transfers, resignation, termination, confirmation, salary increment, bank details, and personal information.
  • Ensure annual submission and updating of staff Personal Information Update forms.
  • Handle new staff onboarding, including briefing on company rules, preparing ID tag, thumbprint, access card, locker control, and completing documentation.
  • Manage and maintain staff personal files, conduct monthly updates, and scan documents for HR records.
  • Arrange new staff bank account openings (RHB/CIMB/PBB).
  • Support recruitment activities, including job posting, interview coordination, candidate communication, and confirming reporting dates.
  • Handle company communication channels professionally (WhatsApp/direct messages).
  • Provide backup support to HR team members and assist with ad-hoc HR tasks as required.
