Chain Resources (M) Sdn Bhd (CRSB) is pleased to share highlights from the official launch event of the Association of Malaysia Credit Recovery Agencies (AMCRA).

The launch marks an important milestone in strengthening professionalism, governance, and structured industry standards within Malaysia’s credit recovery sector. CRSB was honored to be part of this significant industry development.

Our Group Managing Director, Dato’ Mohd Shahrom Bin Mohd Rafik, DIMP, who serves as the Deputy President of AMCRA, attended the launch event alongside fellow industry representatives and stakeholders. Also present at the event was our Group Operation Director, Mr. Sean Jamie Pakiesamy, who serves as a Committee Member of AMCRA. Their participation reflects CRSB’s active involvement and leadership within the industry.
