Sean Jamie Pakiesamy graduated in 2005 with a Diploma in Business Management. He began his career in the credit recovery industry as a Credit Recovery Officer at Billmount (M) Sdn Bhd. Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a keen understanding of collection strategies, he was promoted to Team Leader in 2007 and remained with the company until 2008.In 2009, Sean took a major step forward in his career by joining Zuri Services (M) Sdn Bhd as Head of Department. At Zuri, he managed multiple high-value portfolios and played a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes. Known for his results-driven mindset, he introduced performance improvement initiatives that significantly boosted team productivity and recovery rates.

In 2013, Sean’s proven track record and leadership acumen earned him the role of Operations Manager at Chain Resources (M) Sdn Bhd. His impact was immediate driving
operational efficiency, strengthening compliance, and introducing data-driven decisionmaking. Within a year, he was promoted to Senior Operations Manager, where he continued to exceed targets and mentor a new generation of recovery professionals.

In 2015, in recognition of his outstanding contributions, Sean was appointed as Group Operations Director. In this capacity, he oversees the full spectrum of the organization’s operations, including strategy development, inter-agency coordination, quality assurance, training, and performance management. Under his leadership, Chain Resources (M) Sdn Bhd has grown to become one of the most trusted and effective credit recovery agencies in the industry.
